About the Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence, inbound lead generation, and brand messaging across key platforms. You’ll manage content strategy, campaign execution, CRM alignment, paid advertising, and SEO — all with a sharp focus on ensuring that marketing activities translate into measurable business results.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and who takes full ownership of key digital performance metrics including lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, content visibility, and campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Strategy

  • Maintain a forward-looking 3-month marketing calendar that aligns with in-clinic promotions and key client moments
  • Develop and coordinate multi-channel content: blogs, newsletters, social posts, landing pages, and promotional assets
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Influencer/PR team to ensure unified campaigns across organic and paid media

Paid Ads & Lead Generation

  • Plan, launch, and optimise 3–5 monthly Meta ad campaigns focused on lead generation and direct response
  • Develop high-converting creative (visual and copy), A/B test variations, and continuously optimise for best performance
  • Work closely with the CMO to track cost per lead, conversion rates, and campaign ROI — we currently maintain an industry-leading CPL thanks to our high-quality creatives and funnel strategy
  • Monitor and adjust targeting, budget allocation, and placements for peak performance

SEO & Blog Oversight

  • Publish 4 SEO-optimised blogs per month in line with brand topics and search intent
  • Monitor organic traffic, blog views, and keyword positioning to ensure performance is improving over time
  • Maintain quality standards and manage freelance or internal writers if required

Website & Conversion Rate Optimisation

  • Manage our Webflow-based website, ensuring content updates are timely and conversion paths are effective
  • Review analytics regularly to make UX recommendations that support booking growth and reduce bounce/drop-off rates

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Coordinate bi-monthly newsletters and monthly SMS campaigns via Phorest
  • Use list segmentation and A/B testing to improve engagement, open rates, and click-through conversions

CRM & Front-of-House Alignment

  • Train reception and front-of-house teams on CRM use (Go High Level) for professional lead handling and follow-up
  • Conduct audits on inbound WhatsApp, email, and DM responses to maintain tone and performance standards
  • Review recorded calls to check for consistency in messaging and lead nurturing

Marketing Team Oversight

  • Manage and support the Social Media Manager and Influencer/PR Coordinator
  • Ensure their output aligns with the marketing calendar, visual identity, and performance benchmarks
  • Approve creative assets, provide feedback, and maintain visibility of weekly and monthly deliverables

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track key performance indicators across paid ads, organic content, email marketing, SEO, and CRM
  • Generate clear monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Use data to proactively refine strategy and improve cost-efficiency, engagement, and lead quality

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident, creative marketer with deep understanding of digital performance strategy
  • Proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead gen campaigns with strong CPL/ROI results
  • Competent in SEO, email marketing, content production, and campaign delivery
  • Proficient in tools like Webflow, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRMs
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills — especially for ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional copy
  • Comfortable managing junior marketers and external partners
  • Familiarity with the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry is preferred
  • Bonus if experienced with Soprano Titanium, Phorest, or Go High Level
  • No degree required — we prioritise execution, creativity, and results
