Description:

TSA Riley is offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team in London. This role plays a key part in executing the company’s integrated marketing strategy with a focus on brand visibility, digital engagement, and strategic growth across the UK & Ireland region. Hybrid working is standard practice, and applicants may work from either the Blackfriars or Croydon office.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives targeting early-stage customer awareness and driving brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Focus:

  • Execute integrated marketing strategies to boost brand and client engagement

  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with client needs

  • Collaborate with Directors and key stakeholders to manage client events, sponsorships, and memberships

  • Partner with the Communications and Content team to create and promote thought leadership and pitch senior leaders for speaking engagements

  • Implement media strategies to strengthen brand presence

Financial Strength:

  • Support and manage the UK&I marketing budget

  • Track ROI and financial performance of marketing programs

Organisational Capability:

  • Lead integrated campaigns and optimise multi-channel strategies

  • Work with Marketing Operations to conduct SEO audits and enhance content for organic visibility

  • Manage the marketing calendar and deliver timely reports on performance metrics

  • Promote best practices and ensure alignment with TSA Riley’s brand identity

  • Manage vendor relationships and execute cost-effective strategies

  • Oversee marketing events including internal and external engagements

People Excellence:

  • Collaborate across departments and geographies to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role with strong digital and content marketing exposure

  • Proficiency in SEO, brand management, event planning, and channel strategy

  • Strong copywriting, editing, and analytical skills

  • Experience working with external agencies and media vendors

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a data-driven mindset
