Description:
Fitness Superstore, one of the UK’s leading fitness equipment retailers, is seeking a Company Marketing Manager to lead and execute a robust multi-channel marketing strategy across its consumer and commercial divisions. This is a high-impact, full-time role based at their East Midlands Head Office in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will work directly with the Managing Director and key department heads to drive brand presence, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance across various platforms.
This hands-on leadership position offers a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end marketing functions including retail promotions, product launches, social media coordination, advertising, and event management. It’s ideal for a creative thinker with a commercial mindset and a strong grasp of both B2B and B2C strategies.
Oversee retail marketing efforts including in-store POS materials and digital/print brochures.
Develop and execute product and brand launch campaigns for OEM and distributed brands.
Create tailored marketing initiatives targeting commercial clients in sectors such as corporate wellness, hospitality, and public-sector gyms.
Collaborate with the Digital Manager to enhance social media impact and online marketing campaigns.
Manage all traditional advertising, including print and promotional materials.
Lead planning and delivery of trade exhibitions, consumer events, and branded pop-up experiences.
Prior experience in a senior marketing leadership role within retail or consumer products.
Deep understanding of both business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing.
Proven project management abilities and strong cross-functional coordination.
Creativity and hands-on experience in print marketing, events, POS design, and digital media.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to independently lead and execute initiatives under tight deadlines.
