The Marketing Manager Role

This Marketing Manager position places you at the heart of brand-building and lead generation activity. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of campaigns, events, content, and performance reporting whilst mentoring a Senior Marketing Executive. The role demands equal parts strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and events
  • Leading end-to-end event delivery from concept through post-event follow-up, including partner activations and sponsorship management
  • Overseeing content production including thought leadership articles, case studies, newsletters, and social assets
  • Managing SEO performance and website optimisation through WordPress
  • Running HubSpot for CRM workflows, marketing automation, and pipeline reporting
  • Growing and managing strategic partner relationships
  • Supporting the New Business team with targeted content and sales enablement materials
  • Mentoring and developing junior marketing team members

Here are the skills you'll need:

  • Minimum three years B2B marketing experience, ideally within agency, app, digital, or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record in content creation, campaign delivery, and social media management
  • Excellent written English with ability to craft compelling narratives in consistent brand voice
  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience with analytics platforms including GA4
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for automation, email marketing, and campaign management
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members with collaborative leadership style
  • Outstanding organisational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience producing award entries and coordinating industry events
