Marketing Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Education sector Marketing team. This position is currently available on both a permanent and interim basis. 

This role is important as you'll be responsible for the planning, implementation and success of all marketing activities for our IRIS Education products. This is a pivotal role within the company with a clear focus on driving sales. 

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Marketing Manager (Education), your responsibilities will be as follows: 

• Mastering marketing strategy for our Education sector products 
• Leading our Education Marketing team to achieve its targets and KPIs and objectives 
• Helping to identify, develop and exploit sales opportunities 
• Owning the ‘brand’ for IRIS Education and developing and maintaining messaging into it   
• Owning IRIS Education marketing budget and responsible for managing spend within it 
• Owning IRIS Education marketing ‘assets’ and their performance 
• Devising strategy to meet pipeline and new order targets 
• Running ideation meetings to develop campaign candidates 
• Evaluating candidates against template criteria to priorities 
• Liaising with Sales on campaign planning and master schedule 
• Working with Marketing Operations to prepare reports on progress against targets and plans 
• Leading review meetings on all IRIS Education marketing activity 
• Keeping up-to-date with trends within the Education space
• Managing IRIS Education channel partnerships
