Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage an engaged network of clients and candidates within the marketing industry.

  • Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve goals and targets.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new clients, maximizing business opportunities.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from start to finish.

  • Provide thought leadership and ensure a clear understanding of the relationship between activity and results.

  • Coach others to navigate complex recruitment negotiations and situations.

  • Work within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.

  • Actively promote the 3Search brand in the market.

  • Experience as a 360 recruiter and manager in an agency environment.
