The successful person will be joining an amazing new homes team in one of Norfolk’s most respected estate agencies. If you are super organised, obsessed by customer service and happy to go above and beyond to support your clients and colleagues, we want to hear from you.

 

Role Requirements

 

  • Previous minimum 3-years relevant experience within a marketing, sales or administrative role.
  • A confident and polite telephone manner. You’ll need to always exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • You must be committed to self-development and enjoy learning. We want to grow with you!
  • You should possess a confident nature and enjoy helping people.
  • you should have a mature approach to work. We need someone who, after a successful induction, has the ability to hit the ground running and can work independently when required.
  • You must be a genuine and proactive team player. Always willing to help others and go above and beyond when required.
  • Proven administration skills, with a good understanding of outlook, Microsoft Office and ideally Microsoft teams. Previous experience of Adobe and CRM solutions would be advantageous.
  • The ability to organise yourself and others, as well as prioritising workload and operating in a timely fashion.
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Driving licence and car
