The Mar-Tech Manager will focus on the configuration, integration, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights, working closely with the Marcomms team to design and implement advanced omni-channel marketing journeys. This role requires a technically skilled and proactive professional who thrives on translating business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical configuration, integration, and development of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights to deliver omni-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Configure and implement new features, building targeted customer journeys that align with business goals.

  • Collaborate with the Marcomms team to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions.

  • Manage data integration, connecting external sources (web, app, CRM, etc.) to enable advanced segmentation, personalisation, and performance tracking.

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for platform evolution, evaluating new features and embedding them into operations.

  • Keep up to date with the latest AI-driven marketing tools and capabilities and implement where appropriate.

  • Engage with stakeholders across marketing, data, and product teams to ensure clear communication and delivery of solutions.

  • Deliver advanced KPIs to track marketing effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.

  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and best practices, and provide user enablement and training.

  • Support marketing and business leaders in scoping and validating future technology and data requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong, hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Customer Insights experience highly desirable).

  • Expertise in connecting data sources to build personalised, multi-channel customer journeys.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Experience in building marketing technology roadmaps and leading platform evolution.

  • Familiarity with omni-channel marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.

  • A proactive, technically minded individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
