TSA Riley is looking to strengthen our Mechanical & Electrical team by hiring a Quantity Surveyor with a solid foundation of technical knowledge on common M&E systems within the built environment.
The role will be based out of our central London office with hybrid working arrangements available. This office is conveniently located in the Blackfriars area of London. You will join a small team and play a pivotal role within that team and the wider UK business.
Your role will see you support our project staff and our clients with M&E related cost management services. This is a national service, which may see you collaborating with our staff and clients across the whole of the UK business. Hence, giving you great variety within your role.
Your key relationships will see you report into the Technical Director of the M&E sector and frequently engage with senior leaders within the UK business, to provide support and advice on their projects. How You'll Contribute As a Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyors manage the commercial delivery of projects, including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and variation assessment, while coordinating inputs from consultants, contractors, and internal and external stakeholders.
