You will need to be creative in your approach to supporting children, be caring, a good communicator and have the ability to meet the needs of all children.

You Will Possess
 

• Experience of working with children (paid or voluntary)
• Appropriate level of literacy skills
• Ability to lead the children in play activities
• Ability to manage the physical effort of moving / handling tables and chairs
• An understanding of safeguarding
• Ability to be patient, sympathetic and remain calm in an emergency
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weathers
