The company specialises in the design and manufacture of complex fabricated equipment used across a range of heavy industries, including energy, power generation, and process sectors.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation.
• Carry out design calculations, stress analysis, and material selection to ensure compliance and performance.
• Review existing designs for improvements in cost, manufacturability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure all design requirements are fully met.
• Maintain up-to-date design documentation in line with project and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.

Skills and Experience Required

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or a closely related discipline).
• Proven experience in the design of pressure vessels and pipework.
• Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks or AutoCAD preferred).
