Mechanically biased, you will be a proactive factory maintenance engineer, ideally from a faced paced manufacturing or automation environment.

Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Responsible to the Maintenance Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and high-level fault-finding duties to maintain and enhance world world-class automated production, process and machinery
• To ensure that plant and equipment world-class award-winning site is maintained to the appropriate standard to ensure that their engineering performance is world-class! continually improve the performance of equipment or systems to support the development of the site.
• Monitor plant operational efficiency, reliability and capability of all plant and equipment, identifying areas of under-performance or opportunity and implementing plans to deliver improvement projects
• Diagnose and rectify problems with manufacturing equipment and systems - proactive approach
• •Agree on preventative maintenance plans, routine remedial action, machine design modifications, and operating & changeover procedures
• •Use the maintenance system and resources to ensure that all agreed maintenance and improvement work is completed
