The position focuses on medical planning, evidence generation, launch strategy, and cross-functional alignment, helping biotechs and pharmas bring new medicines to doctors and patients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic medical affairs initiatives for clients in biotech and pharma.

• Develop and deliver high-impact medical plans, evidence generation strategies, and launch strategies.

• Provide cross-functional alignment support to optimize medical and commercial outcomes.

• Engage in client-facing projects, delivering insights and actionable strategies.

• Tackle unique challenges across a variety of medical affairs projects.

• Contribute to the growth of the consultancy, with potential to progress to Head of Practice over time.

Requirements / Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of experience in medical affairs within biotech or pharmaceutical industries.

• Strategic, commercially minded, and dynamic professional.

• Strong interest in improving access to clear and accessible information about new medicines.

• Comfortable with a variety of projects and challenges, able to work autonomously and proactively.
