At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing:
- Develop, implement and continuously optimise medical policies for healthcare funding, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Ensure effectiveness and responsiveness of medical policies. Make improvements and to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Offer expert technical support to AXA Health Claims teams. This includes development of guidance, technical rules, best practice and relevant technology.
- Annual and bi-annual reviews of policy terms and conditions.
- Resolve medical and policy queries and escalations from various teams. Address medical aspects of legal inquiries and complaints related to policy terms and conditions.
- Be a point of contact for healthcare providers and other key ecosystem stakeholders, regarding eligibility of treatments, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Confirm underwriting practices are efficient, compliant, and aligned with AXA Health’s risk management strategies.
- Facilitate training for employees to enhance their understanding of medical policies, claims management processes, and regulatory changes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
