Description:
People of Print Ltd is seeking a motivated, organised, and creative Part-Time Partnerships & Membership Growth Coordinator to support the expansion of its global network of printmakers, designers, studios, suppliers, and creative brands. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the creative and print industries who enjoys building long-term professional relationships and fostering community growth.
The selected candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential partner organisations, suppliers, and studios aligned with People of Print’s vision, initiating contact, scheduling calls, and managing follow-ups. You will also play a vital role in onboarding new members, ensuring their profiles and campaigns are correctly set up, and maintaining a smooth workflow across the CRM pipeline. Additionally, the role involves supporting creative campaigns, launches, and strategic partnerships while actively contributing to the organisation’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify prospective partners, suppliers, and studios.
Conduct outreach via email, schedule calls, and follow up with leads.
Nurture new members throughout the onboarding process.
Keep CRM pipeline up to date and ensure seamless communication.
Support team initiatives, creative campaigns, launches, and partnerships.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Interest in print, design, and creative culture.
Previous experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within creative industries is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and membership organisations is desirable.
