Our client, Faversham House, is seeking a Membership Sales Executive to join their edie membership team, helping grow a leading sustainability community. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine proven sales skills with a passion for relationship-building in a purpose-driven organisation.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive new edie membership sales through proactive calls, lead generation, and relationship-building.
  • Work to clear targets and KPIs, tracking progress in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Confidently handle cold calling and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Support members with excellent customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the sustainability sector.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in media sales or similar environment.
  • Target-driven with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
