Their client is seeking a Membership Sales Executive to join a dynamic membership team at a time of strong growth in the sustainability sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new memberships, nurturing relationships, and promoting the value of joining a progressive, purpose-driven community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, confidence in picking up the phone, and the ability to build strong professional relationships. This includes cold calling, proactive lead generation, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive membership growth through proactive sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation.
Engage with potential members to explain benefits and convert interest into active memberships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Utilize CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) to track interactions, leads, and performance.
Contribute to a growing team that is shaping the future of sustainable business communities.
Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in media sales or membership sales.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling outbound sales calls.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Passion for customer service and sustainability.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
