Description:

CPM UK is seeking part-time Merchandisers to join their retail support team in Goole, England. This flexible role is ideal for individuals looking to boost their income by working on a weekly basis, specifically every Thursday. Merchandisers will be responsible for placing and maintaining Point of Sale (POS) materials and in-store media for several leading brands within Asda stores.

The position offers the opportunity to work independently while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team. CPM UK provides full training, ongoing support from field managers, and access to employee well-being programs and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit designated Asda store(s) every Thursday to complete agreed merchandising tasks.

• Sign into the store and liaise with store colleagues to locate POS materials.

• Place POS items such as bollard covers, barkers, blinkers, gondola display units, and other promotional materials in pre-arranged sections of the store.

• Use a stepladder for media placements at height when necessary.

• Photograph and report completed work through an app-based system.

• Navigate the store efficiently and, where required, move heavier boxes of POS or stock.

Requirements:

• Must be available every Thursday to complete weekly store visits.

• Flexible to work between 6 am and 7 pm, with variable hours week to week (notified in advance).

• Must own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report visits via the app.

• Comfortable working at height using a stepladder.

• Confident in using app-based reporting systems.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills with store colleagues.

• Experience with POS merchandising is essential.

• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and willingness to adapt.
