Due to ongoing growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Engineer to join our highly motivated team.

The successful MES Engineer will play a key role in developing, maintaining and improving the various MES recipes used in the high-volume manufacture of medical devices, ensuring the site delivers safe and effective products using our MES System (POMSnet) that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate in workshops with stakeholders (Engineering / Operations / R&D / Supply Chain / Technical Services) to align with the process flow and recipe requirements.
• Design, author and test MES recipes, considering integration to ERP systems, Databases and PLC where applicable.
• Generate Protocols and Change Packages to test and implement recipes for Production use.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT and Quality to ensure efficient and effective MES on-site support.
• Work closely with IT with MES related upgrades, patching, hardware support, security and system access.
