MLOps Technical Manager | London 

We're about to go live with a seriously interesting opportunity for an experienced **MLOps Technical Manager / Tech Lead** to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of sophisticated ML systems.

This isn't a role for someone who has simply *worked around* MLOps. We're looking for someone technically credible who can **lead the architecture, build the infrastructure and lead the people.**

You'll be responsible for:

▪️ Leading and mentoring a team of 5+ engineers
▪️ Owning ML infrastructure from backend through to frontend integration
▪️ Driving the migration from **MLflow to AWS SageMaker**
▪️ Building scalable model training, deployment and monitoring environments
▪️ Working across **Python, AWS, React, Docker, Spark/Kafka and ETL/ELT**
▪️ Delivering ML solutions around predictive maintenance, fault detection and component lifecycle optimisation

**What really matters?**

Strong MLOps expertise.
Expert-level Python.
**Hands-on MLflow experience is essential.**
AWS/cloud-native architecture.
React capability.
And importantly — evidence that you can **lead technically while developing a high-performing engineering team.**
