Description:

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Client Solutions Executive to support the delivery of their sales and business development strategy for MLS (Managed Legal Services). This is a varied and challenging role at the forefront of change in the legal sector, offering a chance to be involved in the growth and development of Vario, a market-leading alternative legal services provider within Pinsent Masons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain client-facing materials, such as capability statements, RfIs/RfPs, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with Vario’s brand.
• Support go-to-market strategies for MLS Solutions.
• Update and manage the MLS Sales Tracker and generate related reports.
• Lead weekly sales meetings, track actions, and foster progress within the team.
• Collaborate on RfI/RfP submissions to demonstrate MLS benefits to clients.
• Enhance sales reporting for visibility to the Board and wider firm.
• Support the Marketing team on Vario-sponsored events and networking activities.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for business development in a professional services environment, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in business development, bids, or marketing.
• Experience in content production, development, and editing.
• Experience in professional services is advantageous but not essential.
