Description:
G4S, a global leader in security services, is hiring a Mobile Admin Relief to support its administrative and customer service operations across various sites within a 30-mile radius of Banbridge, Northern Ireland. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires flexibility, mobility, and a customer-focused approach.
The role combines the responsibilities of both a Customer Service Advisor and an Evidence Processing Administrator, playing a key part in providing support to the public and maintaining secure handling of confidential information. This is an ideal position for individuals who possess strong administrative skills, can adapt to various working environments, and enjoy working with the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to a wide range of public enquiries and provide timely, effective support
Handle and record confidential items with precision and security
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation and activities
Liaise with both suppliers and internal departments regarding the secure transfer of confidential items
Provide expert guidance on the transportation and storage of confidential materials
Travel to multiple locations and be available to work weekends or night shifts as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail with proven administrative experience
Proficient in using standard IT tools and willing to learn bespoke software systems
Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal professionally with sensitive or challenging situations
Must possess a Full Clean UK Driving License (manual)
Resident in the Banbridge area to access various sites within a 30-mile radius
Eligible to work in the UK and able to provide a 5-year employment history
A criminal record will not automatically disqualify candidates

Competitive hourly wage (£13.49–£13.77/hour)
