You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on ensuring seamless mobile device deployment for clients. By managing device setup through the Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, you will play a key part in the company’s efforts to deliver ready-to-use solutions to its customers.

This position reports to the Device Product Owner and involves close collaboration with internal departments such as Implementation and Operations. It requires a technical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail to ensure all devices meet high standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure smartphones and mobile devices daily according to MDM protocols and client-specific requirements.

• Prepare devices for shipping, including packaging and coordinating courier pick-ups to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with the Implementation team to prioritize device configurations based on project timelines and customer needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock inventories to ensure efficient device tracking and availability.

• Set up customer accounts on the Nourish Care digital platform, ensuring all configurations are correct and complete.

• Participate actively in daily and weekly operational meetings to report on tasks, share updates, and align with company goals.

• Handle additional administrative and technical tasks that contribute to the overall success of company objectives.

Required Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience in smartphone configuration, including setup and system adjustments.

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot device-related technical issues such as account setup and network configuration.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• High level of attention to detail in handling configuration and inventory processes.

• Strong time management and task prioritization skills to manage workloads effectively.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

• A natural technical aptitude and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.
