What You’ll Be Doing

  • Visit customer sites on rotation.
  • Audit and maintain customer spares stores.
  • Deliver parts and keep customers stocked with critical items.
  • Build strong relationships with stores and maintenance teams.
  • Feed accurate information into the office for quotes and orders.
  • Use IT systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Support logistics tasks including intercepting deliveries.
  • Improve customer uptime and reliability.

What We’re Looking For – Essential

  • Confident engaging with customers.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Competent using IT systems.
  • Full UK driving license.

  • Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Background in stores, logistics or supply chain.
  • Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Previous route-based or van-based experience.
