This role is ideal for experienced brokers who have their own client book or introducer relationships and want to grow their business with a reputable brand and supportive infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of mortgage products across residential and commercial sectors

• Generate business through your existing client relationships and introducer networks

• Manage supplementary warm leads provided by the firm to support your pipeline

• Oversee mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion, supported by admin team

• Deliver tailored, FCA-compliant mortgage advice

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker

• Existing client book and/or introducer relationships to generate business

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification

• Proven ability to advise on both residential and commercial mortgage cases

• Confident and consultative communication style

• Highly organised, self-motivated, and fully FCA-compliant
