About the Role

In this role, you’ll proactively manage transactions from the offer being issued right through to completion whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for liaising with the lending managers to ensure they have a clear understanding of the contract.

You'll build and maintain excellent relationships with our commercial panel solicitors while also ensuring our customers and brokers are well informed throughout the process.

In addition, you will also undertake thorough analysis of customer requests and present balanced & comprehensive assessment of the proposals and recommended action to underwriters.

As a Completions Advisor you will effectively manage and resolve customer interactions involving complex lending proposals and security related requests.

About you

You’ll be a customer focused individual with experience within Mortgages (Commercial and Residential). This'll coupled with

• Excellent Customer service skills
• High organisational skills to prioritise completions according to customer needs
• Knowledge of mortgage products and lending processes
