As a Mortgage Consultant, you’ll handle pre-booked client appointments, focus exclusively on remortgage and product transfer cases, and benefit from dedicated case management support that allows you to focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes. The role offers a clear progression path into team or divisional management, with uncapped commission potential and continuous professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 2–3 client appointments daily, focusing on remortgage and product transfer cases.

• Provide expert mortgage advice and ensure all recommendations align with client needs and compliance requirements.

• Maximize same-day submissions while maintaining a 95%+ right-first-time submission rate.

• Ensure outstanding customer experience through clear communication and professional service delivery.

• Refer protection and home insurance opportunities to the company’s specialist teams.

• Manage client relationships effectively, maintaining detailed records and documentation.

• Uphold company values of Positivity, Dependability, Flexibility, Respect, and Honesty in all professional interactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent mortgage qualification).

• CAS (Competent Adviser Status) preferred but not essential.

• Proven experience in remortgage or product transfer advice.

• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, with a strong “right-first-time” approach.

• Ability to adapt quickly and achieve high submission volumes (at least two applications per day).

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable with regular office attendance.

• Passionate about providing first-class customer outcomes and contributing to team success.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and alignment with company core values.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: £30,000–£50,000 per annum (depending on experience).

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000–£70,000+ per annum (uncapped commission).
