Description:

Onboard Sportswear, a leading name in custom team wear and performance sportswear across sports like cue sports, darts, and bowling, is looking for a creative and fast-paced Motion Graphic Designer to join its growing global team.

This role is perfect for a highly motivated digital designer who excels in creating engaging, trend-based content for social platforms. You will be responsible for crafting dynamic motion graphics, reels, memes, and educational videos using Adobe Suite and AI tools. You will play a vital role in expanding Onboard’s online presence and helping it dominate its niche globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging motion and still graphics using After Effects, Photoshop, and PSD branded templates

• Deliver high-volume daily content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)

• Use AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Canva AI to enhance and speed up design work

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

• Identify and leverage sport, internet, and meme trends for viral content opportunities

• Demonstrate strong SMM expertise to drive engagement and visibility

• Collaborate with internal teams while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Bonus if familiar with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer

About You:

• Proficient in motion graphics and content creation for branding and promotional purposes

• Experience in social media roles within sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle industries

• Demonstrated ability to grow social media engagement and followers

• Excellent creative, organizational, and communication skills

• Familiar with brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent aesthetic

• Degree in Graphic Design & Communication or a related field is desirable

• A self-starter with a keen passion for storytelling and digital trends
