Motion & Graphic Designer

Description:

Abe, a specialized consultancy within the Directive family, is seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious Motion & Graphic Designer to join their team. This role focuses on social media advertising for B2B clients, creating visually compelling and performance-driven content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

The Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement creative assets, including motion graphics and short-form video, optimized for social media advertising. They will also support A/B testing, CRO strategies, and performance optimization while maintaining brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft design assets like ad sets and landing pages to improve digital marketing KPIs

• Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media platforms

• Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units

• Collaborate with media, content, and client teams to align creative with campaign goals

• Support Abe’s marketing with innovative creative assets

• Maintain brand consistency while adapting creatively for different platforms and audiences

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis

• Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools like Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg

• Continuously iterate designs based on feedback and performance data

• Manage multiple projects while communicating progress to stakeholders

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
