This role will involve working from home combined with time in your base and extended branch network within the Centre of Excellence as necessary a minimum of 2 days per week.

• Providing excellent service to our customers
• To build and develop successful Broker relationships
• To be visible in the local market with brokers and end customers
• To develop business relationships with key clients
• To achieve agreed financial and operational performance targets
• To collaborate strongly with other departments to achieve the Company's goals in respect of service delivery

Skills & Experience

• Experience in underwriting motor trade commercial insurance
• Passionate about your own development
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Practical knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook
• Good Numerical and verbal reasoning skills
• Excellent verbal influencing and trading skills
• An understanding of the general insurance market
