We successfully complete over 46,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. Day To Day Duties
 

• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties
• Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
• Fixing leaks and leak detection
• Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps
• Providing high levels of customer care at all times
• General Carpentry repairs
• Wall tiling
• Painting & Decorating
   

Role Criteria
 

• Core Trade in Plumbing or Carpentry
• Experience in Plastering, Tiling & painting & decorating
• Worked within social housing
• UK Full driving license
