This company is seeking a National Account Manager to manage key national accounts in the fine food industry, including contract catering, hotels, and restaurants. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of food trends and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a key role in managing and growing national group accounts while ensuring top-tier clients receive the best service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of national group accounts across contract catering, hotels, and restaurants

  • Grow existing accounts while acquiring new business

  • Serve as the go-to contact for top-tier clients, ensuring they get the best from the product range

  • Negotiate and manage contracts, including pricing structures and category growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations) to ensure client satisfaction

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in national account sales, ideally within the fine food industry

  • Commercially savvy with the ability to spot opportunities

  • Strong customer-first mindset, building long-term relationships

  • Excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple accounts effectively

  • In-depth knowledge of food and market trends

  • Strong communication skills, capable of negotiating, presenting, and influencing

  • A full UK driving licence
