  • Lead and inspire the 3rd-party sales agency to deliver exceptional results across retail, convenience, and on-trade accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance closely, taking action to hit targets, grow distribution, and improve rate-of-sale.
  • Support and lead customer negotiations, joint business plans, and the sell-in of exciting new products.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director on pricing, trade terms, and channel profitability to maximise growth.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure brand plans are aligned with channel strategies and customer needs.
  • Oversee trade marketing campaigns, making sure activations land effectively at point of sale.
  • Turn customer and shopper insights into actionable strategies to drive commercial performance.
  • Protect and champion brand integrity while pushing sales growth and market presence.

Required Experience and Background

  • 5+ years experience in FMCG sales, commercial or account management roles, preferably in drinks or food sectors.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts, national accounts, external sales agencies or distributors or similar
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, trade terms, and P&L delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead national account relationships successfully.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities across channels and customers.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about purpose-led brands.
  • Positive, high-energy, and flexible, with occasional UK travel as required.
