What is the role?

ADG are looking for an experienced National Account Manager with a strong drive to perform, preferably within the forecourt and convenience sector, who can forge, develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

What will I be doing?

You will be the face of ADG, representing the company at meetings with new customers to establish a preferred route to market. You will be able to offer a wide selection of product ranges, taking advantage of the groups diverse portfolio including e-cigarettes, confectionery, soft drinks, seasonal lines and much more.

You will also focus on maintaining current business by working closely with our customers and account handlers to help maximise all new marketing avenues and revenues. You will take on responsibility for negotiating terms and conditions with customers, working closely with ADG members to ensure we are offering an efficient and effective service at all times.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a background in Account Management and Business Development, preferably within the forecourt/convenience sector. If you also have the below, we would love to hear from you!

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with strong client-focused mindset
  • A full clean driving licence
