A global manufacturer of advanced surgical energy and endoscopic medical technologies is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead commercial strategy and team performance across the UK market. This is a high-impact leadership role blending people management, key account development, and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing UK sales team.
Drive national commercial strategy across NHS and private hospital networks.
Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, endoscopists, procurement, and clinical stakeholders.
Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for growth and product adoption.
Support the sales team in complex tender processes and contract negotiations.
Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and service teams.
Represent the company at national trade shows, industry events, and customer workshops.
Ensure compliance with NHS frameworks and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
