The Nationwide Profit Improvement Manager – Food & Beverage role is around supporting the implementation and consistent operation of stock, people & process systems and best practices. This role covers food, drink, and franchise operations, with the goal of driving margin profitability across both the on-site venues and the centralised Food & Beverage P&L. The role would be a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential of going perm.
Key Responsibilities of this Nationwide Profit Improvement Manager – Food & Beverage position –
- Leading the implementation and delivery of the profit improvement plan through clear communication, structured review processes, and thorough planning of store visits.
- Looking at automating process for profit improvement, time efficiency, stock control & minimising food wastage.
- Scrutinising & overseeing wastage and stock processes o drive operational excellent
- Overseeing store payroll costs & making sure the right people are in the right place at all time to make sure customer & task focused processes are being adhered too.
- Sales Vs allocation of hours or % of sales
- Implementing & following through om stock counts and inventory
- stakeholder experience having understanding of the capacity within the establishments
- Serving as the primary liaison between property operations and the central F&B team inn head office to drive margin excellence.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support effective training and upskilling of team members for successful plan execution.
- Developing regular reports and dashboards that identify improvement opportunities and provide clear performance metrics.
Requirements for this Nationwide Profit Improvement Manager – Food & Beverage position –
- It is essential that you have field, area, operations, regional, field management, within F&B, hospitality, or QSR background.
- Ideally someone who is immediately available or available within a three-week.
- You must be able to travel nationwide and stay away in the week.
- Track record of effectively managing and optimising profit margin – that you highly skilled with P&L reports and putting actions into place
- In-depth operational expertise in F&B, with a strong grasp of models spanning both QSR and Casual Dining.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including delivering impactful presentations.
- Strong analytical mindset with well-developed critical thinking capabilities.
