Description:

PA Consulting is seeking a Networks Consultant to join their interdisciplinary networks team, supporting telecoms and enterprise clients with strategic and technology transformation initiatives. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for early- to mid-career professionals to contribute to high-profile projects while growing their technical and consulting skillsets.

As a consultant, you will be exposed to diverse challenges across the telecommunications and enterprise networking domains, working alongside experts from disciplines including strategy, operating models, systems design, sourcing, and product innovation. The work is dynamic and high-impact, often engaging directly with senior stakeholders and requiring both analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to high-impact telecom and networking projects, including strategy, transformation, and service design.

  • Work closely with client teams at all levels, including C-suite executives.

  • Apply creative problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across PA’s global offices.

  • Take ownership of deliverables from day one with increasing leadership opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong academic background and analytical ability.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – verbal and written.

  • Adaptability and ability to learn quickly in new domains.

  • Experience in telecoms or enterprise networking is highly desirable but not mandatory.

  • Creative mindset and confidence in engaging clients and presenting recommendations.

Additional Information & Example Projects:

  • Delivering mobile coverage proposals for urban transport and fibre infrastructure.

  • Designing and procuring satellite communication services for the UK MOD.

  • Developing mobile communication strategies for railway infrastructure.
