New Homes Sales Advisor

My client is looking for a New Homes Consultant to help with the sale of a new site in Perivale.

You will be offered fantastic support from the business and branch network.

 


The role would include (but not limited to) the following:


  • Registering any interested buyers
  • Engaging with the sales team in the office for help scheduling appointments with you for potential purchasers for Union Square
  • Organising all viewing slots with the build team on site and keeping in regular contact with them to check everything is in order for any marketing or events
  • Call outs (we will provide you with a database of our register applicants plus any emailer, portal or social media leads to call and book in for viewings)
  • Carrying out viewings and appointments in the show home and marketing suite at Union Square and escorting prospective purchasers to other units on site where relevant. This will include running through plans and drawings, specification, parking provision, how the shared ownership process works and % share
  • Reporting to the developer weekly on a Saturday afternoon ready for their internal meeting on Monday morning (we will provide you with the report that you will need to update)
  • Learning how to use the Full Circle database and enter any relevant information onto it and update the milestones
  • Learning how to use our internal database
  • to update listings, add viewings and add sales
  • Attending and providing feedback at the developer in sales meetings
  • Ensuring the site is presentable
  • High level customer service
  • Sales progression – this is also on the weekly report
  • Home demos and handovers
  • Market research – local competition
