Who are we looking for?
We are looking to add New Homes Sales Coordinator to our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic,
confident, and outgoing professional with a sound knowledge of the Scottish property sector and, ideally, a
demonstrable track record of working within the New Homes environment. They must have an entirely flexible approach as the workload will be varied and, as with any customer-focused business, there are deadlines and, therefore, a degree of pressure. Strong knowledge of the Greater Glasgow property market is also highly desirable. Industry experience is preferred for this multi-faceted role.
What will I do?
◦ Liaise and interact with customer and client enquiries pertaining to buying and selling new home developments.
◦ Work as part of a highly efficient sales team, striving to hit group targets.
◦ General sales administrative tasks and lead acquisition research.
◦ Provide customers and clients with clear, considered advice while also building up a client profile for the team to serve their individual needs best.
◦ Prospect and develop leads and sales opportunities.
◦ Manage all new homes listings, ensuring all information is up-to-date, accurate and concise.
