Your New Role...

In this newly created role, you will be managing the New Product Development process in line with planned timelines. You will be an integral part of the design team, ensuring they fully understand the development process, stepping in to action designs when required.

our Responsibilities...

• ou will be responsible for leading NPD projects, maintaining milestones within the critical path and meetings calendarC
• ostings - creating target costs and supplier cost negotiations and supplier managementW
• orking closely with design, you will oversee sample development and signoffs as well as CAD and sample reviewsY
• ou will also advise designers on design amends and sample development, manage sign-off meeting timelines and co-lead on presentation sign offs.

• s imperative that you understand the design process (from concept through to sign off), therefore you'll be perfect if you come from a design background and looking to use your knowledge in a different way.Tec
• h pack creation will be second nature, as will costings, supplier liaison and price negotiations.You

• 'll feel comfortable presenting to people of all levels.You
• will also be a confident user of Excel and inhouse systems. Wh
