As a Newly Qualified Optometrist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care, performing detailed eye examinations, recommending appropriate visual solutions, and supporting the delivery of an outstanding customer journey. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and ensure every patient receives the best possible clinical care.
Deliver a memorable and personalised customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate, tailored advice to patients regarding their vision and eyewear solutions.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to uphold Specsavers’ clinical and service standards.
Engage in local community outreach, building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals.
Maintain detailed and compliant patient records, following all GOC guidelines.
Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to enhance your clinical expertise.
Total package worth up to £77,000, including:
Basic salary up to £55,000 (based on experience)
Up to £10,000 to assist with buyout fees (terms apply)

The Colchester store boasts four Optometry Directors with over 50 years of combined experience and a strong history of mentoring and developing optometrists through its successful Pre-Reg programme. Qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, or awaiting OSCE results.
