Malmaison Brighton is hiring a Night Supervisor to take charge of hotel operations during nighttime hours. Located at Brighton Marina, this vibrant waterfront property offers 73 bedrooms, a 150-seat Bar & Grill, and 4 private event spaces. The hotel is nestled in one of the most dynamic and creative cities in Europe, known for its seaside charm, cultural attractions, and lively events.
As the Night Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing all hotel functions from sundown to sunrise. This hands-on role involves supervising guest services, managing overnight operations, and ensuring the hotel’s standards are upheld. You’ll be the face of the hotel during the night, handling guest requests, emergencies, and late check-ins with efficiency and professionalism.
This is a pivotal position that combines operational leadership with customer engagement, offering a clear path toward further progression within the Malmaison group.
Oversee the entire hotel’s operations during the night shift.
Ensure safety, security, and smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest queries, issues, or emergencies with discretion and efficiency.
Lead and motivate the night team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of public areas.
Prepare and process necessary overnight reports or logs.
Prior experience in a similar night supervisory or guest service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
