Office Administrator

 

Description:

This is a great opportunity to be 'in at the beginning' of a fast growing organisation. Two key attributes are required, an excellent telephone manner and an ability to handle a fast paced environment. We are a small team with a great attitude, work is fun, the atmosphere is fast paced but supportive. You can make this role your own, whilst carrying out a range of admin tasks there is opportunity to develop in to Accounting, Sales, HR or Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all incoming calls
  • Managing the Company emails
  • Assist in setting up and managing systems, including order processing, customer service and sales administration.
  • Assist the Directors in keeping the website up to date
  • Managing Customer enquiries
  • Liaising with Suppliers

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in using Xero would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of using Marketing tools, such as Mail Chimp, Instagram & TikTok - Helpful but not essential
