Office & Compliance Coordinator

 

Description:

The post holder will join an established and experienced team as an Office & Compliance Coordinator. This is a varied, challenging and satisfying role which require a pro-active office individual to support with a wide range of tasks at the service. The successful candidate will provide efficient and responsive administration and compliance oversight but also support with tasks including but not limited to:
 

  • Leading on recruitment tasks- including arranging and conducting interviews alongside senior staff at the service
  • Answering the phone and independently dealing with matters arising from calls
  • Managing record such as incidents, safeguarding reports, complaints and compliments
  • Reordering of office supplies and equipment
  • Taking minutes of meetings both internal and external
  • Ensuring documentation in the office is in date and replaced when updated
  • Timesheet and payroll administration
  • Managing systems for office compliance in line with Creative Support policy, local authority requirements and CQC standards
  • On-call duties- (as required)
  • Ability to undertake service audits and follow up on actions arising
  • Working on and maintaining a quality improvement plan for the service
