As our Office Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations, supporting everything from office logistics and employee experience to vendor coordination and company events. You’ll ensure that the office is an energising, efficient, and well-organised environment where everyone can do their best work.
This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, people-centric, proactive, and loves wearing many hats in a high-growth environment.
Things you will be working on…
- Office Operations: Own day-to-day office management, including ordering supplies, office maintenance, and managing vendor relationships.
- Employee Experience: Create a positive, inclusive workplace experience, organizing team lunches, socials, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and more.
- Facilities Coordination: Act as the liaison with building management, ensure health & safety compliance, and manage facility related tasks.
- Administrative Support: Assist the leadership team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate logistics for new hires and leavers (equipment, workspace setup, welcome swag, etc.).
- Event Planning: Organise internal events, offsites, and team-building activities that reflect our culture and values.
- Budgeting & Ordering: Manage office-related expenses and ensure spend aligns with budget expectations.
