My client is an London based Craft Beer brand looking to expand into 2024. This company has been established for over 5 years and has a great feel for the Beer industry, along with exciting and innovative product. This client is all about creativity and having fun, along with building the business.

 

As the On Trade Sales Manager you will be responsible for bringing the product further into the On and Off trade Drinks Sector. The On Trade Sales Manage will be hands on in their approach to winning new business and account management, along with developing sales and marketing strategies for the business.

 

The business is growing fast and the On Trade Sales Manager will be instrumental in the success – a strong network and passion for sales is required for this role!

 

The On Trade Sales Manager responsibilities:

 

  • Securing new business and managing existing accounts within the business.
  • Delivering on a Sales Strategy which aligns with company goals and growth.
  • Set and monitor KPI’s of the business, along with P&L responsibilities.
  • Leadership of future sales team and development of the sales structure.
  • Identify marketing opportunities, establish competitor analysis and implement sales campaigns
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the brand and the products.
  • Collaborate with other departments and establish a networking with the Brewery industry.

 

The ideal On Trade Sales Manager Candidate:

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales role within the drink industry.
  • Proven track record in Sales, team management and results.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and continually up to date on news and trends
  • Ambitious and driven on all areas of sales and client development
  • A true people person with a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills – able to work in a team or independently.
