An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Onsite AV Technician to join a prestigious law firm in Central London. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, with early and late shifts between 8 AM and 6 PM, along with overtime opportunities.

As part of a dedicated AV team, you will provide high-quality technical support to VIP clients, internal teams, and high-profile visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting audiovisual (AV) and videoconferencing (VC) systems, particularly focusing on Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Crestron technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting VIP clients with AV/IT technology needs
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings and corporate events
• Support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and AV/VC systems for seamless operations
• Work closely with internal teams and the Technical Team Lead to provide a high-quality AV experience

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience working with MTR and AV/VC technologies, especially Crestron
• Strong customer service skills with a confident, proactive, and approachable attitude
• Professional appearance, adhering to a corporate dress code (suit required)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling VIP clients with professionalism and discretion
