Description:
This role has a significant impact on our ability to deliver good customer outcomes by Interpreting data and creating outputs that support the planning and tracking of headcount and capacity. The team currently supports Everyday Banking (Branch and Contact Centres) plus provides ‘shared services’ support to other business areas outside of Everyday Banking with a total combined headcount of approx.4,500 FTE
Using advanced excel skills to take ownership of specific Planning data sets and sources; undertaking housekeeping and other data management processes to ensure all content is accurate and fit for purpose.
Managing a wide range of stakeholder relationships at various levels within the Operational teams plus Resourcing & Recruitment partners to support the end to end planning cycle
Providing SME support of headcount management and recruitment to business leaders managing areas across Retail Bank contact centres
Able to analyse different data sets reflecting this analysis into future forecasts and presenting this information in the form of regular reports to business leaders to support risk identification and decision making.
What you’ll bring.
Comprehensive Microsoft Office skills in particular advanced in Excel and PowerPoint
Stakeholder management at all levels with the ability to impact and influence others without direct line authority.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Expert knowledge of Operational Planning particularly in CI & Specialist
Resource Planning experience including planning tools and methodology proven success in implementing innovative ideas to enhance performance.
Knowledge and experience of effectively applying business process improvement measures.
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skill
