Join our Commercial Enterprise Unit as our new Operational Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping market‑leading training programmes. Working alongside our Operations Manager, you’ll design, build and deliver training that empowers our teams to provide consistently high‑quality service and expert technical advice to clients. What You’ll Be Doing
 

  • Design, deliver and record product, system, process, regulatory and technical training, ensuring quality and compliance with PIB Group standards.
  • Lead new joiner induction and partner with managers to identify competency gaps, set development plans and define “what good looks like.”
  • Act as a role model for Learning and Development by analysing needs, delivering effective learning, and driving improvements in efficiency, quality and performance.
     

What We’re Looking For
 

  • Substantial experience within Commercial Insurance, use of Acturis and knowledge of FCA requirements is essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement high quality and effective training plans/programs.
  • A naturally charismatic, driven team player who is passionate about their role, strives for continuous improvement and embraces change.
