Description:
OMD is seeking a Digital Performance Director to lead its performance team for a top technology client. The role involves driving results across digital campaigns, coordinating between central digital teams, local vendors, and clients globally. The position includes exposure to all digital media channels with a focus on Connected TV (CTV). Training is provided for CTV activations.
Drive digital performance across channels: search, social, programmatic, direct, and CTV.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure consistent, best-in-class campaign setup, execution, and optimizations.
Analyze campaign data to surface actionable insights and create optimization plans.
Act as main client point of contact for multichannel digital campaigns.
Lead in-flight performance calls, QBRs, and PCAs, providing actionable insights.
Coordinate technical, creative, and operational aspects of campaigns.
Develop digital innovation strategies, channel roadmaps, and targeting options.
Mentor and manage team members, including direct reports.
History of driving success in performance-heavy campaigns in one or more digital media channels.
Highly skilled at data analysis and insight generation.
Knowledge of all digital media KPIs and how to achieve them.
Strong client communication skills; able to simplify complex technical analysis.
Proactive mindset, continuously improving campaigns and reporting.
Experience in an agency environment.
Experience with CTV landscape and buy types is a plus but not required.
Hybrid working model: three days in-office, two remote; flexible core hours (10:30–16:30) with ability to flex around.
